Our carpets are specially designed for comfortable long-term use. We recommend that you adhere to the maintenance rules described below so that the carpet retains its texture, appearance and lasts for many years.

General recommendations

The carpet is not recommended to be beaten, it can be vacuumed with nozzles without bristles.

To prevent the carpet from being subject to wear where it comes into contact with the furniture, change the location of the carpet or furniture from time to time. Places in contact with furniture should be vacuumed with nozzles without bristles.

Stain removal

If a stain has formed on the carpet (for example, something has spilled), it is recommended to remove it immediately after contamination, before it penetrates deep into the material.

Blot the stain with paper towels to remove as much liquid as possible.

Do not use cleaners containing bleaching chemicals. It is recommended to use special stain removers for carpets.

After applying a special cleaner, wipe the area with a damp cloth.

Avoid rubbing too hard, as this can spread the stain even further and damage the fiber structure.

The cleaned area should not be stepped on until it is completely dry.

deep cleaning

If the carpet needs a deep cleaning, it can be washed in a washing machine at a temperature not exceeding 30°C for woollens or on a delicate wash program. Under no circumstances should heavy chemical cleaners (bleach, etc.) containing sodium hydroxide (caustic) be used during washing, and the temperature of the washing water should not exceed 30 °C.

After cleaning, the carpet should be dried quickly without hanging.

It is not recommended to lay a wet carpet on the floor.

Avoid direct sunlight on the carpet.
